I was inspired by Molly White to start a blog in May 2024. You should go read her, she's interesting. The idea of having a website or a blog crossed my mind a few times over the years. I kinda missed the MySpace era, I think I only found out about MySpace after it had started dying. We had a family computer at home when I was a teenager, but when I moved out to go to CÉGEP, I couldn’t afford to have one in my apartment. That’s when I think MySpace got popular and YouTube too. And when I got a computer in my apartment it was not accessible to have a blog or webpage anymore without learning how to code, which I had no interest in. But, as Molly White pointed out, it has become pretty accessible now, people just don’t do it anymore, unless it's their job. Have you been to Pinterest lately? I’m starting to think that all those recipe websites are AI generated. Sometimes there’s an ingredient missing in the ingredients list that you find out about in step 4, and you find several almost identical versions of the same recipe but with a slightly different picture and font. Anyways.

I would like to be just a random person posting random things on their own webpage. C’est un blog de rigolade. I went over the things I had written already, and at first I thought I would have to re-write about half of it to make it suitable for posts. Sauf que là j’me dis je suis zéro obligée de faire ça dans l’fond. Ça pourrait même être un genre de journal intime en ligne, who cares. C’est pas pour tout le monde je pense, mais je suis pas ici pour blesser les gens. Genre le 2e post, c’est des notes que j’ai prit pendant que j’écoutais Rollerbal 2002. Au début ça se tient, après un boutte je fais juste noter des choses que je vois dans le film sans aucun contexte, y’en a j’me souviens pu à quoi ça fait référence, pis j'arrête de prendre des notes avant la fin du film. C’est parce que j’me suis tannée et que j'étais rendue trop sur la puff. C'est un peu ça la vibe.

J'fais des fautes, je préfère écrire comme je parle. L'anglais c'est pas ma langue maternelle, mais je pense dans les deux langues. La syntaxe est douteuse at best. J'connais rien au design. Ça va être un peu tout croche et très à peu près.
